Correspondence
We at Christchurch always strive to help others whether it's each other, friends and family or charities. Over the last few years, we have raised on average in a year, £1800 for a variety of charities. This page has been put together to give everyone the opportunity to see the thankyou letters, notes of praise and general bits and bobs sent to us by the people we have helped.
Cream Tea with Waitress Service and Jumble Sale with the Parkinson's Society
On Saturday 12th July 08 the society helped out the Parkinson's Disease Society with a fundraiser afternoon of Cream Tea with waitress service and jumble sale. Some of us were waitresses, others helped with the jumble sale and others came to entertain people whilst they drank their tea or browsed the sale. We received a letter of thanks from the Secretary of the Parkinson's Society, Jenni McCabe. Click here to read it.
